Building built in 2007 for the purpose of poultry processing. There are several temperature controlled sections: a freezer of 7’8” x 25’10” at a temperature of -20° and several refrigerated rooms at temperatures between 0° and -4°, inspection section, cooking room, cooling room, packaging room, raw storage, maintenance room, dry storage and more. This building also houses a large cafeteria and a locker room on the ground floor. The first floor holds the mechanical room, the electrical room, a storage area, furnished offices, conference room, washroom and kitchenette.
