We took possession of this unit just under three years ago. It was completely renovated for us at the time... new layout, fresh paint, new carpet floors, new LED light fixtures, new window shades, etc. The unit has a cozy reception area, a stockroom, two closed offices and a huge open area (approx. 600sf) with six tall windows that provide plenty of natural light all day long.
