We took possession of this unit just under three years ago. It was completely renovated for us at the time... new layout, fresh paint, new carpet floors, new LED light fixtures, new window shades, etc. The unit has a cozy reception area, a stockroom, two closed offices and a huge open area (approx. 600sf) with six tall windows that provide plenty of natural light all day long. The building has been recently renovated top to bottom, including the lobby. Tenants here are great, mostly professionals (dental office, lawyers, doctors, notary). The office is ideally located, accessible by multiple bus lines and with plenty of outdoor parking. We've decided to relocate our operations and are consequently looking to sublease the space for the duration of our lease (due to end in August 2022. We would consider leaving all of the furniture in place should an interested party prefer a fully furnished office space. We are very motivated and will consider any reasonable offer.
