Picture having your own space that is like a sweet garage in an awesome location with washrooms, a kitchen, wifi, and other makers like you to bounce ideas off of, learn from, and network with. We are a co-working space for makers who need a place close to downtown Toronto to make a bit of noise and mess. You pay the rent, and we’ll take care of everything else!

TheHub is a two-storey industrial building located in downtown Toronto at 208 Gerrard Street East with approximately 3,000 square feet on each floor. The building is currently being renovated to house 11 self-contained and lockable units - three on the first floor and eight on the second floor. Many units will have windows providing natural light.

This is NOT a live/work or a makerspace with shared tools/supplies, but more of a co-working environment where each person/team has their own lock-able unit to conduct their business. Being a building full of creative entrepreneurs there will no doubt be many opportunities for collaboration. Also, we will have professional signage at the front of the building where each tenant can have their own signage.

The units are currently all in the construction phase, with the rented units being constructed first. Those who sign a lease during the construction phase may have the opportunity to choose where major elements (such as entry doors, electrical outlets, etc.) are located.
