Colliers International (“Colliers”) has been retained on an exclusive basis by the owner (the “Vendor”) to act as its advisor and exclusive agent in connection with the proposed sale of the Property and building at 140 Springhurst Avenue (the “Property”). The Property is comprised of a 20 suite apartment building, in the City of Toronto, located on the east side of Springhurst Avenue, north of Lakeshore Boulevard West, South of King Street West and just east of Roncesvalles Avenue. Investors will have a unique opportunity to acquire a premium rental building that is currently cash flowing with the opportunity to further drive revenue.
