Liquor service is welcome, but will require a Special Occasion Permit (available via the LCBO). In addition servers will need to be Smart Serve certified. We offer coffee, tea and catering services through Global Pantry (our in-house catering enterprise) as well as through a list of preferred catering vendors. Our beautifully renovated spaces with lots of natural light, exposed wood beams and brick. We have two dedicated coworking areas and two private enclosed offices. Our event spaces total a spacious 3,000 + square feet and can comfortably hold upwards of 250 guests. Rent one space, or bundle them together for a larger space and more savings! If you are a non-profit, a community agency or a small collective out to do social good, you may also be eligible for a discounted rate!
