The Riverdale Hub offers an innovative and affordable green work environment to progressive organizations, social enterprises, and individuals, informed by the values of diversity, social justice, sustainability, and community. Our co-working space is open-concept, with shared “hot desks”, designated desks, and meeting space, plus two enclosed offices. 

We're recruiting members who are eager to get in on the ground floor and help to shape the future of our coworking community.

● $80-$250/month for hot desk memberships (Buy 50, 100, 150 or unlimited hours/mo, choice of any desk)
● $5/hour for part-time designated desk memberships (min. 4 hours)
● $400 for full-time designated desk memberships ($25/month added per extra user)
● 24/7 access to the building can be arranged for all members
● $20 designated desk day passes (non-membership)

Conference, AGMs, lectures, receptions, art showings. . . Whatever your event needs, Riverdale Hub's unforgettable event space can deliver! Our beautifully renovated spaces with lots of natural light, exposed wood beams and brick. We have two dedicated coworking areas and two private enclosed offices. Our event spaces total a spacious 3,000 + square feet and can comfortably hold upwards of 250 guests. Rent one space, or bundle them together for a larger space and more savings! If you are a non-profit, a community agency or a small collective out to do social good, you may also be eligible for a discounted rate!
