The City of Ottawa is seeking suitable tenants for the ground floor retail spaces of the newly relocated and renovated Horticulture Building at Lansdowne Park. Four different space configurations are available, ranging from 900 square feet to 1,050 square feet. Anticipated occupancy date is fall 2015. The Horticulture Building is a century-old “prairie-style” exhibition hall and is part of a $400M project to revitalize Lansdowne Park which includes a refurbished stadium, arena, 460,000 square feet of commercial space, 280 residential units and 1,300 space underground parking garage.
