The YMCA is offering the opportunity to purchase a strategically located property that has both existing income and high-density development potential. The existing building produces excellent income that will provide the Buyer with a return during the planning phase of a development. Intensification of the site will require an Official Plan Amendment, however, all indicators suggest that this would be supported by City staff, especially if the intended use is high-rise residential.
