Newly renovated heritage space in the landmark Temple Building at the corner of Fort Street and Langley Street. The space features a new drywalled ceiling with pot lights, exposed brick walls, wood floors and high end finishes throughout. Stunning space.
Designed by renowned architect Samuel McClure in 1893, the Temple Building is one of Victoria's most beautiful heritage buildings. Located at the southeast corner of Fort Street and Langley Street, this landmark building is right in the heart of Victoria's downtown core, half a block away from the Bay Centre and the Inner Harbour and float plane terminals. In 2002, the Temple Building underwent a comprehensive restoration and rehabilitation, including a seismic upgrade, new mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing, to thoroughly modernize the building. The result is a stunning heritage commercial building with 20' high ceilings and an extraordinarily high level of finish. Includes a roof top deck with harbour views!
