The subject property is located in the Royal Oak Industrial Park in the Municipality of Saanich. This popular industrial enclave is located just off of the Patricia Bay Highway which is a twelve minute drive to Victoria’s CBD and twenty five minute drive to the BC Ferries Terminal.
