The subject property is located at the north end of the 3300 block of Whittier Avenue, two doors down from Boleskine Avenue and two blocks from Uptown. This area is considered the northern hub of Greater Victoria and features near direct access to both the Trans-Canada Highway and the Pat Bay Highway.
