The Watershed is an open-concept shared workspace that features over 35+ first come, first serve Hot Desks as well as 20 Dedicated Desks ranging in size. We have membership options suitable for every need. Memberships include access to fast wifi, complimentary beverages, a community kitchen, meeting rooms, programming and our amazing, diverse community!

Hot Desk: $165/month + tax (access from M - F, 8:30am  - 5pm)

24 Hr Hot Desk: $275/month + tax (24/7 access, access to shower and change room facilities and underground secure bike storage)

Dedicated Desk: $385/month + tax (24/7 access to your own dedicated desk, mailing service, access to shower and change room facilities and underground secure bike storage)

Deluxe Dedicated Desk: $450/month + tax  (24/7 access to your own deluxe-size dedicated desk, mailing service, access to shower and change room facilities and underground secure bike storage)
