We have an office suite that is shared between three small companies. One company is relocating so we are looking for a replacement subtenant. The remaining two firms are engineering and accounting professionals. 

We are located in a quiet, secure building one block from the Skytrain, the Canada Line and the Seabus. There are only two other office suites on this floor - a group of lawyers and a technical consulting firm.

Our office suite consists of a reception area, three large, individual interior offices, a kitchenette and an open plan flex space. The space is air-conditioned, has opening windows and a view.  There is an abundance of natural light; windows have sunshade blinds.

The new tenant will get their own large, self-contained office, shared use of the reception area (photo) and kitchenette, access to business equipment, and full janitorial services. High-speed internet access is included in the rent. The office is available unfurnished, although we may be able to assist you in furnishing the space if desired.

The self-contained office can be configured in a number of ways - it easily fits two L-shaped executive desks and assorted bookcases, etc. (see photo) or four technical workstations (photo) together with other furniture. Photos do not show the full space!
