Temporary, Flexible Opportunity to Lease Older Service Commercial Space on East Broadway near Fraser Street. We are a small development group looking to redevelop this property in the next couple years, so the lease opportunity is temporary and would be 6 months and then month to month (depending on how long it takes to obtain our building permit at CoV; we have submitted for our development permit). For locals familiar with the neighborhood, this is the old Davidson Battery shop with the iconic canted sign over the sidewalk. The sign is being used to advertise the future redevelopment and is not available for a prospective tenant. Other tenants could be retail pop up (commercial use is allowed by the zoning); but the space is not fixtured as retail and no improvements will be made As reflected in the low lease rate, the building is not in great condition and is really more suitable for a shop versus renovating the existing structure for a higher use.
