The Seymour Building is a 10 storey heritage office building built in 1914 featuring an elegant lobby and heritage touches. Central location close to Waterfront station, Skytrain, Canada Line, Pacific Centre and parking. Rent includes heat, electricity and in-suite janitorial. In 2012, the Seymour building began undergoing updates with new flooring and paint in the common hallways. The newly furbished elevators were completed by March 2014. Washroom and stairwell upgrades are to begin early 2016.
