We have 2 spaces available that could be leased together or separately. One is a large executive corner office that will easily accommodate 4 cubicle-style desks, or if you are a startup you could fit a team of 6-8 with smaller desks. The office is on the North side of the building and has amazing views of the harbour and North Shore. The other space available is approx. 1000 square ft of open area adjacent to the executive office. Currently, there are 4 people working in this space, but it could easily be home for 6-8. The monthly all-in price of the open area is $2,000 and for the office, it is $3,500. 

Both of these spaces share the entire top floor of the building with 3 other companies. Together, all companies share a kitchen with all the amenities (including a dishwasher), reception area, meeting room and spacious boardroom. Both men's and women's washrooms have showers.
