Werklab is in the heart of the historic industrial district of Vancouver. Our location puts us in close proximity to downtown and a stone's throw to Commercial Drive. Our space is situated on two main arteries (Clark and Venables), with access to several transit routes, and on the Adanac bikeway.

Our space is nothing like you've seen before. One direction, you're facing the downtown sky line. Just turn 90 degrees, and you're looking at our beautiful local mountains. Our space is fully furnished.

With membership comes unlimited access to our large boardroom, meeting room, and phone booths.We value technology and you'll reap our love for the benefits of this by being a Werklab worker. Every member has access to store their bikes in our secure bike room.

Visitor parking for clients, or any other visiting parties is a key bonus for our workers.

Dedicated Desk Space. 24/7 access. $450 monthly.
Mobile Worker. 7:30 to 6, Monday through Friday. $290 monthly.
