The original Flatiron-style building was built in New York City in 1902, and is 22 stories high. Vancouver’s latest variation on this theme is actually named after its predecessor, and is located where Melville, West Pender and Jervis intersect in Vancouver’s famous Coal Harbour. This building will rises 28 stories and consists of two suites per floor together with 2,799 square feet of prime retail space with the bulk of the commercial space facing West Pender Street.
