We have a beautiful office on the 10th floor of 1100 block of Alberni Street with a great view. The office is about 750 sqft. There's a fairly new gym within the building free for use for all the tenants that comes with three walk in showers. In addition, there is a professional boardroom as well within the building free for use for all tenants of the building which is rarely ever used. It has a walk out patio to it as well. My company occupies just less than half of the office and we are looking for a group to lease the other office with us.
