About King George Station

King George Station is a landmark mixed use development set to anchor the rapidly evolving downtown core of Surrey, British Columbia’s second largest city. With approximately 350,000 SF of retail space, an additional 450,000 SF of ‘A’ class office space, and four residential towers totalling approximately 1,200,000 SF, King George Station stands to become a flagship development for Surrey and the surrounding municipalities. The first phase of the project is set to be anchored by Coast Capital Savings Help Headquarters along with a 9,000 SF Coast Capital retail branch.
