The property is located on Woodbine Drive at West Queens Road in the Edgemont Village area of North Vancouver. Edgemont Village is located at the base of Grouse Mountain and is an outdoor shopping district for nearby residential neighbourhoods. Nearby tenants included Royal Bank, BMO, Cobs Bread, Thrifty Foods (Edgemont Market), Starbucks, TD Canada Trust, HSBC, Cafe Artigiano, Windsor Meats, Liquor Store and North Shore Credit Union.
