This mixed use project includes 43 condominium units and 7,024 square feet of ground floor retail. Construction will commence at the end of 2014 and complete for a mid- 2016 delivery of the retail space. The Development will meet the goals of the new “Marine Drive Improvements Strategy” which are to encourage a more desirable land use mix, a high quality of building and street scape, and improve the pedestrian environment. The commercial and visitor parking for approximately 19 stalls are at grade with the retail space. There is a pedestrian connection between Marine Drive sidewalk and parking through an internal courtyard.
