Located on 14 acres in the centre of the Westshore region, the project will contain retail, office, and residential components for a total build out of approximately 3.8 million square feet. With its central location, exceptional access to transportation routes and dramatic density, the project will become a vibrant destination within the region. The retail component of phase 1 of the project comprises approximately 77,000 square feet and includes London Drugs, Coast Capital Savings Credit Union, RBC Royal Bank and opportunities for restaurant and retail operators. Phase 2 of the retail will include a food store of approximately 35,000 square feet and addition retail area for a total retail supply of approximately 155,000 square feet.
