Bright, light, airy and cheerful office space available in central Burnaby. Our environmental consultancy company undertakes seasonal scientific fieldwork throughout the summer and is looking for a compatible company to share our space from October to May (and potentially year-round). We are keen to find a partner who shares our ethical values and philosophy of sustainable living and caring for the environment. There may also be synergies between our companies with the potential for working on joint projects. We have excellent writing and reporting skills and also we have access to trained project planning, mapping and modeling staff. All our staff are recognized experts in entomology and scientific research. The facilities consist of two 750 sq ft units. The first is a newly renovated office with new furniture, all the latest gadgets, including smart TVs, wireless printers, Dyson fans and excellent internet access. The other is a lab and field office which has three separate spaces. Both units overlook the park and are extremely well situated. The offices are well located for the Skytrain, Highway 1 and bike routes. They are only a short walk from a wide variety of shops, restaurants and coffee shops as well as the Metro Vancouver Headquarters. The offices also have elevator access. Parking spaces may be available at extra cost.
