About Mill Tower

Built in 1968 as a grain mill to service area farmers, Mill Tower stood as an icon of the rapidly growing agri-business that would make Abbotsford the agriculture capital of Canada. In 2009, Mill Tower was redeveloped by Conwest Developments into the extraordinary office tower it is today. The redevelopment revealed a transformation unlike any other in the Lower Mainland and was awarded the Best Commercial Renovation/Restoration Project in the Fraser Valley of 2009. The Tower's height is equivalent to that of a 20 storey building; however, because of the unique layout, there are five exceptional floors that can be occupied. The Mill Tower is conveniently located just blocks away from the brick buildings in the historic downtown core, is close to Highway 1, and has ease of access to the US border.
