Located on the main floor of a professional building. We have an office with a reception area with 3 offices all professionally furnished. Each work desk has drawers with small filing cabinets and there is a larger filing cabinet attached to the reception desk. Each desk has an executive office swivel chair and chairs for guests/visitors. There are two fairly large offices and one that is long but narrow (the third office could accommodate two work stations). The space comes with 2 parking spots (outside the window of the office) with an option to get more parking if needed. There is a large # of visitor spots reserved in the prime parking area nearest the two entrances. The office is located in Greystone Business Park 6 on 42 avenue and 97 street. It is very close to Calgary Trail and Whitemud, it is easy to get to from any part of the city. Our price is: $1000 damage deposit and $3000/month rent. We can accommodate a month-to-month scenario or a 1 year renewable contract.
