This privacy suite features an open space, one office, and a shower stall. The shower can be replaced with a sink. This suite is perfect for the bike commuter with our building adjacent to the main pathways. Open space is easily dividable into additional offices. Ideal for general office or practice. The space has three available storage cabinets that can be kept or removed. The ceramic tiled flooring is in excellent condition. The space is located in a privacy area of the building away from the principal elevator to maximize discretion. The door opens to a naturally lit hallway. Glass can be added to the entrance wall to take advantage of the naturally lit hallway, which serves as an alternate fire exit. The east wall can have a window added to it; which would yield a partial river/street/green space view.
The Bow River Professional Center is located in the scenic Bow River Valley along the Trans Canada Highway. The building provides easy access from the highway and the Bow River Pathway for bike users. The south side of the building features scenic views of the river, which can also be seen in the atrium-style elevator. River-view and privacy suites are available. The building features optional tenant underground parking and digital directories on all floors.
