Character building, restoration project. Slated for completion December 2013. 9 surface parking stalls for visitors. 5 parking stalls per floor. Reserved, underground parking $250/month/stall.
Originally built in 1912 by the Neilson Furniture Co. and later used by the Independent Biscuit Company as a manufacturing facility, the Biscuit Block recently underwent a complete restoration and expansion to provide a rare opportunity for newly finished character space. Four floors were restored to their original brick and beam finish and two new levels of modern space were added, including a 5th floor patio, creating a unique blend of old and new. Located in Victoria Park five minutes walking distance from downtown and city hall, the Biscuit Block offers a pedestrian-friendly work experience allowing employees to enjoy quick access to the river pathway system, the retail amenities of Macleod Trail, and close proximity to the LRT station. There are 9 surface parking stalls for visitors as well as 5 parking stalls per floor which is reserved parking (surface or underground available).
