On the first floor of our LEED compliant building, we have for lease an 800 ft2 suite. This space includes a reception area, three offices, and a den room. There is one washroom and one shower room located on this floor in the common area hallway. The building has 24 hour access, secure with key fobs for entry after hours, as well as an elevator, cleaning service, and an outdoor meeting area/rooftop patio. We are located on 10th Avenue SW, just three blocks west of Sunalta Ctrain Station. There is ample street parking in surrounding areas and free two hour parking directly in front of the building - great for client meetings!
