We have office space to sublet to a psychologist, psychotherapist, social worker, or other mental health practitioner interested in seeing clients in person and building out their practice. Our office suite is beautifully appointed, bright, comfortable, and convenient for clients. It includes a waiting room and washroom for client use, and a kitchenette and break room for therapist use. The staff kitchenette is stocked with coffee and tea and high speed WI-FI is also included. The available office is set up with two arm chairs and a small couch and is ideal for individual or couples counselling. There is a desk for completing notes or virtual appointments, a printer, and basic office supplies. AVAILABILITY We are offering a minimum of a 5 hour block on the same day each week. For example, every Monday from 8am to 1pm or every Wednesday from 2pm to 7pm. This allows you to test the waters and see how clients respond to the option to come in person without having to sublet an entire day each week. Our current availability is as follows: Mondays 8am - 1pm 2pm - 7pm Wednesdays 8am - 1pm 2pm - 7pm Thursdays 8am - 1pm 2pm - 7pm Fridays 8am - 1pm Sundays 9am - 2pm 3pm - 8pm PRICE The cost is $300 per half day and $450 per full day for the month, which works out to $15 per hour for a half day or $11.25 per hour for a full day. Further discounts are offered for additional blocks booked. No long term contract required, just 60 days notice to cancel sublet agreement.
