1200 sq ft of warehouse space available for sublease for 1-3 years. Currently, its occupied but it would be cleared other than the racks. It's a ground-level bay door and the driveway is not that suitable for trucks longer than 20 or 30ft. The lease would be for a minimum of one year. After that, it could be a month to month, with two months' notice from either party. - Deposit and simple lease contract is required - The building comes with a rack system on one side with 8ft high shelves. The racks could be made higher but a permit and engineering may be needed. More racks could also be installed if needed. - We have an 8000 lb short-back forklift that we might be able to lend or rent out occasionally. The rest of the space is already in use and it would be a shared building. We have plans to move the production shop to a bigger space nearby but need to maintain the office at this location. It is not suitable for an automotive shop with lots of traffic in and out.
