Hi! We are looking for a wellness partner to join us at our new location! We (Homemade Community Shoppe) are located just outside (in the parking lot) of district 1881. We have an annex space that is approximately 500 square feet - we are in the process of outfitting for wellness practitioners to work out of. We are looking for a regular practitioner/group of practitioners to join us and we are hoping for one or more to book the space and help support and grow someone's business! Specifications: - $100/day looking for someone to book weekly so example four Mondays-Wednesdays is $1200 for four weeks. - If you are looking for one offs or less than 3 regular days booked per week/per month, the rental rate is higher. - Ideally looking for a minimum of three days booked per week per practitioner - our dream scenario is two practitioners who want to collaborate and one works 4 days and the other works three or mixture thereof! - The space is private for you during your booked date & time. We provide a coffee bar, waiting area/counselling area (floor plan: living room) & massage/practitioner area (floor plan: bedroom), your own entrance code for security and luxury to work the times that you want. - Your space has its own laundry, a kitchen and a bathroom. - You are in charge of your own booking and billing. The space is available to view and we would love to find someone before we finish furnishing the space to ensure we are supplying everything the tenants would want! This space was previously a doctors office but converted to a small suite (hence the kitchen/bedroom) and we are wanting to restore its wellness intentions.
