By day will be pay per use ($75) Monthly will be $750 (month to month), Or if you sign a sublease agreement, we can do a months free rent plus be more flexible on price. I'd prefer to rent it out monthly so I am flexible on the price. You will have full control of the room and will be allowed to use it as you see fit. Ideally fitness related use as we are a MMA Gym, i.e. massage, chiropractor, physiotherapy, etc. But frankly I do not care. You are welcome to use the rest of the gym as well. Not for residential purposes.
