I own a martial arts gym, but we only use the space between 6-830PM. I am looking for a yoga instructor or group fitness instructor who would like to use the space to teach classes. The space is on 52 ave and 86 street, and the main gym area is ~950 sqft. We also have storage space in the back if you need to leave any equipment there. You are in charge of getting your own students, and you can charge students whatever you like, but we will take 50% of your profit (in exchange for using the space). Classes can be run anytime, let me know and we can arrange something.
