Two Park Central is the second phase of Hine's city-defining Park Central Master Plan. Two Park Central will consist of a 40 story multifamily rental tower, with 531 luxury rental unites. The laneway situated between the two projects will provide for an elevated retail and pedestrian experience featuring five pieces of artwork by prominent local artists. Retail spaces available ranging from  1,044+/- to 2,088 square feet running up Fourth Steet and wrapping the corner of Eleventh Avenue SW. Targeting uses include a café, small restaurant and personal services. Spaces are now ready for fixturing with completion of the building projected for Summer 2024.
