This is the 2nd phase of a two phase project which will include over 1 million sq.ft. of office space in two office buildings, 50,000 sq.ft. of retail space, a 25,000 sq.ft. health club, and 30 residential units. On-site daycare facility opening February 2005. The exterior of Tower II will be finished in exquiste rose granite from Spain, tempered glass and stainless steel. The design of the floor plates allows for structural integrity, interior planning and design efficiency. The diamond-shaped tower maximizes exposure, minimizes walking distances and provides up to 10 corner offices per floor. A six-storey atrium fitted with natural light integrates urban art and urban amenities. Building systems are controlled by 5 stand clone computers. The building boasts 9' ceilings, 4.5 watts sq.ft. of cooling capacity, a decentralized air handling 2 shuttle and 1 freight elevator.
