The facility consists of an L shaped brick clad two storey open office building connected by a two storey brick clad "link" to a single-storey brick and metal clad warehouse and technological research facility. The main floor office has conference rooms, six training rooms, public telephone rooms, security offices, lockers, showers, and toilet facilities and a soft room along various corridors. The warehouse has three loading docks and a mezzanine area of approximately 2,200 sq. ft.
