We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a small, growing team that is working to help people find and secure spaces that bring their business visions to life. The Full Stack Developer will define and build UI and logic in Angular.js and Ruby on Rails, contribute to planning project goals, schedules, and resource planning, and perform peer code reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Experience with databases - Postgres, ElasticSearch
  • Strong programming experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Experience with AWS, S3 and REST APIs
  • Experience developing and consuming APIs (REST, OAuth, AWS, etc)
  • Strong experience in front end web technologies including: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular.js

Soft Stuff

  • Passionate about use cases and solving problems that people care about
  • Understand business models and enjoy codifying them

We are looking for a Space/Operations Coordinator to join a small, growing team that is working to help people find and secure spaces that bring their business visions to life. In this role:

  • You will support all lines of SpaceList’s business as required, with a focus on the logistics and operations of an innovative new shared workspace managed by SpaceList
  • You are the face of our space and are responsible for greeting guests, monitoring reception, answering the phone, processing mail, and building and following administrative procedures
  • You take care of the day-to-day operations of the space as directed by your manager while continuously looking for new ways to improve processes, the space, and tenant experience
  • You will ensure immaculate presentation of the space at all times
  • You will work with your manager to grow the space by supporting sales and marketing
  • You will provide administrative support to SpaceList’s core business, including but not limited to office administration, HR administration, and bookkeeping

Qualifications & Skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and juggle many roles and duties
  • Startup or fast-paced hospitality or customer service experience is an asset
  • Office administration or bookkeeping experience an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related subject an asset
  • This position may require physical exertion - you must be able to medium-weight boxes/items
