Alyssa Dickinson joined the team in March 2017 and has eagerly lent her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and prior knowledge from her work in residential real estate. Passionate about understanding the how and why of human interaction, Alyssa graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Summa Cum Laude). From there, she went on to complete a Master of Arts in Human Services (High Distinction) with concentrations in Counseling and Business Administration. Alyssa’s role as Director of Operations and HR includes developing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency, monitoring existing processes and analyzing their effectiveness, handling all employee relations, and managing the complete recruitment cycle – from job evaluations to employee onboarding.
