David Morris is a co-founder of Form and has been a commercial real estate broker for over 18 years. Having worked in a number of disciplines, including tenant representation, investment sales and development leasing, David provides his clients with a full-picture view of transactions across a significant geographical area. He acts on behalf of Canada’s most significant and sophisticated landlords and tenants across Western Canada. In his career, David has sold more than $800 million worth of property and leased more than 5 million square feet of commercial space. Over the past 11 years, he’s worked closely with Shoppers Drug Mart on its real estate growth strategy throughout Western Canada. As part of this growth, David has participated in more than 135 lease transactions with Shoppers Drug Mart totaling more than 1,500,000 square feet of leased space. In addition, David acts on behalf of Canadian Tire and its subsidiaries throughout Western Canada, securing new locations through both purchasing and leasing of property. Most recently, David executed on the disposition of a portfolio of properties located throughout British Columbia on behalf of Chevron Canada with an aggregate value of over $200 million.
