SpaceList is set to improve the way Businesses, Brokerages and Landlords share information. We thrive by creating a place where the entire market can be understood. By matching simple design with nimble technologies we are creating a faster and easier way for people to find and market space.

SpaceList is a simple and easy way to search and post real estate listings. Any user can search through our entire database without registering or paying a fee.
- For businesses seeking office space, retail space or industrial or warehouse space, SpaceList provides free access to comprehensive listings of available space to lease.
- For real estate brokers and land owners, SpaceList is an easy way to post commercial real estate listings and connect to prospective tenants.
For everyone, searching and listing on SpaceList is completely free. We hope these basic philosophies will help create a better marketplace for both those looking for space, and those looking to market it.

In Beta
SpaceList is currently in Beta. This means we're in the early stage of an ambitious plan.
We are using this time to work out the kinks and collect feedback. We are starting small and specific – focusing on British Columbia and only listing Spaces for Lease. We will be adding more regions as time goes on.
